Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesFacilitate Capacity load Planning. Scheduling and monitoring.Handling enquiries for sheet metal dies/Tools/Weld Fixtures/Gauges (Enquiry to Order Recpt.Manage Production Orders in SAP PP for Entire Lifecycle (From Creation to Settlement.Manage SAP PP Master Data. Material Master/BOM/Routing/Production Version/Work Centre.Liaison with customers for understanding requirements, schedules and progress status.Proactively identifying and resolving problems to ensure that Project deliverables are met.Monitoring Projects and Tasks against PQCDSM parameters Escalate issues to higher management.Ensuring effective ECN implementation and Modifications Order execution.Ensuring adherence to Quality systems, (ISO, AFSEM, and TPM) and Customer Requirements.Develop good understanding of business by Analyzing competition and market trends.Gathering market intelligence and Generation of Informatory Reports for decision making.Generate Leads, Develop and sustain Customer Relationships for External Business.Upgrade MIS system using SAP features for Automation- liaison with IT.Facilitate Planning and budgeting activities for Costing (Revenue Cost.Coordination for Direct Mtl Inventory Audit and Compliance.Liasion with Accounts/Excise department for invoicing and Tax structure.Coordination for dispatches of panels, dies and fixtures.Publish Periodic MIS for top management reviews as per reqmtPreferred IndustriesAuto / Auto EquipmentAuto ComponentsEducation QualificationMBA; Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engg.; Bachelor of Engineering in MechanicalGeneral Experience3 - 7 YearsCritical ExperienceSystem Generated Core SkillsBudgeting & CostingCommunication SkillsIdentifying Customer NeedsInfluencing SkillsMicrosoft OfficeSAPSystem Generated Secondary Skills
