Location: Mumbai / Pune Years of Work Experience: 2-6 years Education: B. Com / BMS / Others Responsibilities: Design, develop and maintain the MIS system for the organization. Ensuring data is collected, analyzed, and reported accurately and promptly. Producing detailed analysis through various MIS reports that facilitates internal team discussion and helps make effective decisions. Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Ability to discuss and communicate ideas and policies to management. Work with all levels of stakeholders to understand their requirements and put up an MIS accordingly. Ensuring dashboards are secured, up, and running always with minimum supervision. Standardization and ongoing monitoring of templates, in coordination with other management functions. Conduct research, read thought leadership and knowledge repositories, and align and learn from peers in business regularly to keep pace with changing management expectations and risks involved. The individual: Expert-level proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel including ability to write Macros. Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills, issue identification/prioritization/ resolution, and report writing skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exemplary co-ordination skills and general management capabilities. High level of organizing, documenting, record-keeping, and publishing skills. Able to build inter-personal relationships, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities. Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and strong work ethics. Able to work hands-on & in a team. Ability to work under pressure - stringent deadlines and tough conditions which may demand periodically extended working hours. Qualification and Experience: Seasoned Advanced Excel and PowerPoint professional with an ability to use conditional formatting, Vlookup, double Vlook, Hlookup, data filters, data sorting, Countifs). Experienced in writing and developing Excel macros for day-to-day business is a must. Working knowledge of VBA will be an added advantage. Understanding tools such as PowerBI, PowerApp, PowerAutomate, and Qlikview will be an added advantage.
