Our mission is to drive innovation and excellence in automotive engineering, digitalization, and sustainable mobility solutions, shaping the future of mobility.Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled 2nd Level Support Diagnostic Engineer for ECU initial start-up diagnostics. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing vehicle diagnostic requirements, interpreting different (Event, CAN, Flashjob) logs, and supporting vehicle communication systems across various vehicle lines. You will work with diagnostic protocols such as UDS (ISO 14229), CAN, LIN, and FlexRay, along with Vector toolchains (CANalyzer, CANoe, CAPL). The role involves ECU flashing, bootloader concepts, and close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective diagnostic solutions through a Ticketing SystemKey Responsibilities
  • Understand the vehicle diagnostic requirements as per the standards.
  • Understand the basics of vehicle network management.
  • Knowledge on (ISO 14229)
  • Knowledge on CAN and ISO TP protocols.
  • Working experience in CAN log analysis.
  • Participating in diagnostics guidelines meeting with all the counter parts.
  • Understanding of the Various Vehicle Lines (CARs, BUS, Trucks and Vans)
  • Effective communication and co-ordination with Various Stake Holders.
QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience: 2-4 Yrs.
  • Expert level skills in Diagnostic protocols - UDS ISO14229
  • ISO 15765 standards
  • Hands-on experience on Automotive Communication protocols like CAN, LIN and Flexray
  • Experience working with Vector Tool Chains (CANalyzer, CANoe, and CAPL programming).
  • Working Experience on ECU Flashing & Bootloader Concepts
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in & contribute as a good team player
  • Problem Solving abilities and Working Independently.
Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to drive the team.
  • Working experience with automotive OEMs or suppliers.
Good to Have Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge on German language preferred.
  • Knowledge in Python
