SE/AM/DM - New Plant Coordinator

- Track New project/plant setup progress with focus on project milestones and timeline adherence
- Understand plant layout concerns reported during construction phase and study countermeasure plans with PE/Civil/Utility teams.
- Prepare schedules, reports and review presentations
- Monitoring of pending issues and ensuring closure within time frame
- Coordinate with various Departments for conflict resolutions.
- To report the progress status periodically and flag major issues to the management
- Ensure implementation of carbon neutrality and safety countermeasures.
- Facility planning: Know how required - Production facilities layouting, planning & lean manufacturing
- Process Planning: Know how required - Process of Vehicle Assembly/Engine Assembly/Weld Shop/Industrial Engineering
- Coordination Activities: Know how required - Project management, Working with Civil-Utilities team, monitoring of pending issues & closure within time
- Preparation of schedules, reports & review presentations
- Understanding of 4 wheeler vehicles development & manufacturing process.
- Must have worked in Japanese company in past (Preferable 1st company).
- Experience of handling greenfield/brownfield projects.
- Hands on experience of project management tools
- Ability to understand the importance of a critical situation and act quickly accordingly.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD & MS office
