A leading global analytics and financial services organization recognized for its strong governance framework and exposure to complex, high-value wealth credit portfolios.Responsibilities: * Supporting end-to-end wealth credit transaction lifecycle activities including deal setup, documentation validation, and post-disbursement monitoring.
- Reviewing credit approval memoranda, term sheets, and credit agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assisting in facility setup and booking readiness across lending platforms while maintaining data accuracy.
- Performing covenant, collateral, LTV, and margin monitoring while identifying potential exceptions.
- Conducting data quality checks, reconciliations, and remediation activities related to internal and regulatory reporting.
- Working under defined maker-checker controls while adhering to audit and governance standards.
- Prior exposure to Wealth Management, Private Banking, or secured lending portfolios.
- Working knowledge of wealth credit products such as Lombard lending, margin loans, or secured facilities.
- Hands-on experience with loan systems like Loan IQ, Flexcube, AFS, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of credit documentation, covenants, and post-close monitoring.
- Graduate qualification in finance, commerce, management, or a related discipline.
- Exposure to global lending platforms and governance frameworks.
- High learning environment with strong process orientation.
- Stable role within a well-established financial services setup.
