Key Responsibilities:
Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools.
Understand and clearly communicate the value proposition of our software solutions to prospective clients.
Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales or solution consulting team.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and lead status in the CRM (e.g., Begin, Salesforce).
Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, or referrals.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in B2B appointment setting, inside sales, or lead generation—preferably in software or tech.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products or services.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise software industry.
Working knowledge of lead enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Basic understanding of software industry terms like CRM, ERP, AI, API, etc.
Exposure to outbound marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Lemlist, Instantly)
