Senior Technical Supervisor

• Ensure all the operating systems are maintained as per the SOP. • Check the environmental condition of dispensing area, RLAF diff. pressure and record the same. • Calibration of all weighing balances with standard weights and record the same in the respective format. • Dispense the Raw materials as per SOP, batch wise in presence of production supervisor Dispensing done according to BMR. Make the batch wise SS cage trolley and transfer it into staging room and all left over raw material are clean from outside and transfer it into transit zone. • Release the process order in SAP for dispensing of material and generate weighing slip. • Ensure no loss of production due to non-availability of dispensed materials. • Ensure clearance of area for dispensing of materials on timely basis with coordination with QA / Production. • Ensure 100% compliance to the existing and no unplanned deviation on the shop floor • To verify and review periodically of SOP as per requirements and actual practice • Distribute the work to dispensing supervisors to issue the material to production department in time and completion of all dispensing activities as per production requirement in time to full-fill Production Plan. • Ensure physically stock verification of RM as per quarterly • To attend three training program on SOP/cGMP/ISO & To impart training to all Trainee, and workers on SOP. • To ensure good housekeeping and arrangement of dispensing as per regulatory guideline. • Re-enforcement of general discipline in stores and enforcing interpersonal relation with all internal and external customers. • Raw material (Rifampicin) dispensing activities related Rifampicin block.
