This junior-level, full-time, internship, or contract position is based across various locations including Madurai, Virudhunagar, Theni, Dindigul, Chennai, and Nagercoil. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of work experience in software sales roles.   • Minimum of one year experience in software sales, with a focus on driving revenue and surpassing sales targets.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation (Mandatory skill), adept at identifying potential customers and converting them into long-term clients.
  • Strong customer relationship management (Mandatory skill), capable of nurturing client relationships to build trust and loyalty.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and streamline sales operations.
  • Experience with Salesforce is required to efficiently manage sales processes and enhance customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, capable of adapting strategies for effective negotiation and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with software field sales, being able to effectively approach and communicate with prospective clients.
  • Proven track record in software sales management, showcasing strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Actively engage in lead generation activities to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
  • Conduct field sales activities, visiting clients and potential clients to present company offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage sales pipeline, and generate relevant sales reports.
