So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers.Job PurposeThis position will be responsible for souring of Chemical Commodity Parts (Tires, Lubes, Paints, FRP\Roto \Injection molded parts, Mirrors, Adhesives & Sealants, Fuel Filters, Driver Seat, Imports Etc.This position is critical as taking care of all new developments, Commercial settlement, Cost reduction, etc. which requires close co-ordination with different stakeholdersKey Responsibilities

Sourcing Strategy for Chemical Commodity Parts
New Parts Development
MIS Creation & Reporting
Commodity Budget Preparation & Adherence
Continuous Cost reduction to ensure budgeted targets
Commercial settlements & PO amendment in case of Inflation/Deflation
Maintain and improve the relationship with key Suppliers
New Sources Identification & Introduction

Experience Required

12~18 years of experience in Automotive/ Industrial industry preferred
Experienced in sourcing, quality, costing, stakeholder management, team management, integrated supply chain, etc.
Understanding of supplier base, process knowledge, zero base costing/cost analysis & basic financial knowledge
Demonstrated strategic thinking, change management and negotiation skills along with global sourcing experience
MIS/Budget Preparation
System knowledge of ERP like SAP / LN etc.; & relevant purchasing systems
