About the department The Commercial GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Senior Vice President (SVP) and Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas, including Global Public Affairs and Sustainability (GPAS), Patient Access, Marketing, Commercial Planning, and Content hub. With a significant growth outlook for Novo Nordisk, the CCA GBS unit plays a crucial role in creating environmental solutions to drive the change towards zero environmental impact. Join our team and be part of our innovative market development and communication efforts, as well as the global commercialization and optimization of Saxenda and Obesity & NASH pipelines. The position As a Global Project Manager- Production Environmental Data professional at Novo Nordisk, you will: Drive key annual reporting processes within environmental data for PSQIT-ESS- Collaboration with internal team on accounting policy, SoFi calendar, environmental draft statement, audit timelines etc. Preparation of detailed task execution plan along with the timeline and DRIs. Drive quarterly reporting processes within environmental data for PSQIT-ESS- Preparation of detailed task execution plan along with the timeline and DRIs. Communication and collaboration with stakeholders on the action line items. Work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PSQIT areas (ESS)- Extract, explain and maintain environmental metrics based on best available data sources within e.g. CO2 emissions, energy, water, waste, scope 1 & 2, cooling agents etc. Support the requests for data formats within environmental data. Ensure ICQs are filled out correctly in close collaboration with GPAS-GBS India and Prepare data for controlling and review by external auditors. Assess and evaluate future scenarios as well support the build up of a data hub Centre of Excellence in the team. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in working with environmental data and analytics. Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in a global business environment. Experience in the pharma and industrial production sectors is preferred. Solid knowledge and experience in managing business processes and strategy development. Strong understanding of corporate sustainability and global environmental issues. Experience in project and portfolio management. Experience from working or studying abroad, or in international environments. Experience in corporate annual reporting.
