- Databases: MariaDB/Postgres
- Messaging: Kafka
- Security: HashiCorp Vault
- CI/CD: GitLab CI, GitOps-based automated pipelines
- Workflow/Orchestration: BPMN (Camunda or Kogito)
- Methodology: Agile (Scrum) within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART)
- Multidisciplinary team of ~6 people including Product Owner, Scrum Master, Tech Lead, Developers, DevOps Engineers
- Daily collaboration with team members across India, Slovakia, Morocco, and France
- English is the working language for daily communication, demos, and production support
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Java backend development (or similar)
- Proven expertise in full stack development in Agile environments
- Strong experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures
- Comfortable working in complex, distributed technical environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate in multicultural teams
- Java / Quarkus - Expert level
- Microservices / Kubernetes - Advanced level
- BPMN / Camunda / Kogito - Good knowledge or willingness to learn
- Kafka, MariaDB - Advanced level
- Vault / Security - Appreciated
- Git, GitLab CI, GitOps - Appreciated
- Agile / SAFe / Scrum - Appreciated
- English - Fluent (spoken & written)
