Gender: MaleKey Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 or other applicable standards.
Maintain and update quality documentation, including SOPs, quality manuals, and control plans.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits, including follow-up on non-conformances and corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QMS requirements are integrated into processes and workflows.
Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor key quality indicators and prepare QMS performance reports for management review.
Manage document control processes, including version control and approval workflows.
Provide QMS training and awareness to employees across departments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with quality objectives and customer requirements.Notes:
