- Source and manage DSA channels to acquire personal loan business from the market.
- Ensure portfolio quality by minimizing delinquencies and application rejections.
- Maintain deep knowledge of retail asset products, operational processes, and current market trends.
- Identify changing market dynamics and develop new channels to expand business reach.
- Deliver high-quality customer service through efficient channel management.
- Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and service standards.
- Graduation: Any discipline.
- Relevant experience 3yrs in BFSI
- Strong understanding of retail asset products and DSA operations.
- Ability to identify and adapt to changing market trends.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach senior team members.
- Commitment to customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
- Ability to foster a digitally enabled and automated environment to meet customer needs.
