- The Group PPM team plays a key role in setting Deutsche Bank’s strategic direction and translating the vision into financial plans and outcomes. It performs several crucial functions that support senior management in formulating and driving delivery against DB’s strategic objectives (Financial Planning & Analysis functions, including setting financial targets and developing a Group plan, financial performance updates and projections to the Management Board (MB), monthly performance management meetings, balanced scorecards to name a few). The team reports directly into the Group Chief Financial Officer and primarily operates in Frankfurt, London and Mumbai.
- The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is an integral part of the bank’s performance management and translates the strategic priorities into clear and measurable outcomes. The Balanced Scorecard provides a holistic picture of the main financial and non-financial metrics across all business divisions and infrastructure functions.

- (Quality) assurance of the Balanced Scorecards production also in context of the applicable information security regulations
- Further development of relevant documentation and process instructions

- Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and related outcome
- Active participation in a dynamic team and mutual support of colleagues
- You support ad-hoc tasks related to Planning & Performance Management, e.g. conceptualization of financial and non-financial metrics
- Successfully completed studies in economics, ideally with a focus on Finance, Controlling or Accounting
- Several years of experience in financial performance analysis
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a structured way of working
- Be creative in applying knowledge and skills to research and analytics – should be able to take an issue and think around potential solutions and drive these to a conclusion
