Job Title: HR Operations Executive1. Overview: The HR Operations Executive plays a crucial role in managing and enhancing the HR processes within the organization. This position is focused on ensuring efficient HR operations, including payroll management, compliance with policies, and supporting employee relations. The HR Operations Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR initiatives and improve overall employee experience.2. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage HR operational functions, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Administer payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of compensation for all employees.
  • Manage employee records and databases, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and exiting employees.
  • Develop and maintain HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Provide support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Assist in the organization of employee training and development programs.
  • Track HR metrics and prepare reports to analyze trends and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
3. Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment legislation.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel for payroll and HR data analysis.
  • Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.
  • Basic understanding of employee benefits systems and processes.
4. Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or related roles.
5. Skills & Experience:
  • Expertise in HR operations, with a focus on streamlining administrative processes for efficiency.
  • Proven experience in payroll management, demonstrating an ability to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address employee-related issues effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with colleagues at all levels.
