- Oversee and manage HR operational functions, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Administer payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of compensation for all employees.
- Manage employee records and databases, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and exiting employees.
- Develop and maintain HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Provide support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Assist in the organization of employee training and development programs.
- Track HR metrics and prepare reports to analyze trends and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment legislation.
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel for payroll and HR data analysis.
- Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of employee benefits systems and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are an advantage.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or related roles.
- Expertise in HR operations, with a focus on streamlining administrative processes for efficiency.
- Proven experience in payroll management, demonstrating an ability to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address employee-related issues effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with colleagues at all levels.
