We are looking for an experienced Frontend React Lead Developer to drive the architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications. You will lead a team of frontend engineers, define best practices, and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of complex frontend applications using React.js Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend systems Mentor and guide frontend developers, conduct code reviews Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, product, UI/UX) Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns Drive technical decision-making and frontend roadmap Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness Manage releases, deployments, and CI/CD processes Ensure high-quality code through testing and automation Required Skills & Qualifications Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js Deep understanding of React concepts (Hooks, Context API, lifecycle, etc.) Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX, etc.) Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, responsive and cross-browser design Strong experience with TypeScript Experience in designing scalable frontend architectures Proficiency with build tools (Webpack, Vite) Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling async data Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git) Leadership & Architecture Skills Proven experience leading and mentoring frontend teams Ability to define frontend architecture and technical strategy Strong code review and quality assurance practices Experience in agile/scrum environments Excellent stakeholder communication skills
