- Answering Healthcare Inquiries: Handle incoming calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals seeking information and assistance.
- Medical Information: Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding healthcare services, medical conditions, treatment options, and facility locations.
- Appointment Scheduling: Assist patients in scheduling medical appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits.
- Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance information, eligibility, and coverage for medical services.
- Patient Support: Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and caregivers, especially during stressful or sensitive situations.
- Medical Records Access: Facilitate access to medical records, test results, and documentation as needed, while ensuring patient privacy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Complaint Resolution: Address patient complaints, concerns, and feedback professionally and effectively, escalating issues as necessary.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with patients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback on their healthcare experience.
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) Usage: Utilize electronic health record systems to access patient information and update records as required.
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally as a Telecaller.
- You possess excellent negotiating skills with a strong ability to influence people of all levels.
