About Us:Location - Hyderabad, IndiaDepartment - Product R&DLevel - Team Leader/ ProfessionalWorking Pattern - Work from office.Benefits -Salary - this will be discussed at the next stage of the process, if you do have any questions, please feel free to reach out!We are seeking an experienced Zuora CPQ and Billing Developer to join our team and lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of our subscription billing and quote-to-cash processes. This role will be responsible for designing and developing solutions within the Zuora platform to support our growing subscription business model.Responsibilities:Platform Development
  • Configure and enhance Zuora CPQ and Zuora Billing
  • Build integrations with CRM/ERP and develop workflows/automation
Technical Delivery
  • Create and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Support reporting, analytics, data migration, and automated testing
Process Optimization
  • Improve quote‑to‑cash workflows with Sales, Finance, and Operations
  • Support complex billing, revenue recognition, and month‑end activities
Support & Maintenance
  • Provide ongoing platform support and troubleshooting
  • Maintain documentation and assist with user training
Skills and Experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience with Zuora Billing/CPQ or subscription billing platforms
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and basic JavaScript/HTML/CSS
  • Strong understanding of SaaS subscription models and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field
Preferred:
  • Zuora Certifications (Billing/CPQ)
  • Experience with Salesforce + Zuora CPQ, Zuora Revenue, Analytics
  • Familiarity with Agile and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
