People Answers.Are you an experienced Salesforce Engineer looking to be part of a global innovator in People Science and Technology?The primary focus of this role is to provide dedicated Salesforce Engineer assist for SHL Business Systems, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce expertise. The ideal candidate will ensure high user satisfaction by becoming a subject matter expert in both the Salesforce application and platform.We're looking for a proactive team player who prioritizes user needs, demonstrates professionalism, and consistently exceeds expectations. Strong problem-solving abilities, quick adaptability to new technologies, and efficient time management are essential. The role also requires clear and effective communication of technical and functional concepts, tailored to diverse audiences, while maintaining composure and confidence in dynamic environments.What you will be doing:

Provide qualified Salesforce admin assist via phone and ticketing system, including data validation, flows, reports, dashboards, and LEX configurations.
Maintain and resolve daily assist tickets, including cross-regional transfers and timely communication per SLAs.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend professional services when appropriate.
Use JIRA for ticket management and ensure assist documentation is up to date.
Perform bulk data operations using Data Loader/Demand Tool and guide data backups.
Implement and deploy configuration-based enhancements in monthly sprints.
Use Developer Console and Workbench for queries and troubleshooting.

What we are looking for from you:
Essential:

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud experience
Automation tool knowledge on Workflow, Validation Rules, De-Duplicate, any Data import & Export tools, Lightning Flow hands-on with minimum 2.5 years' experience
Lightning Experience OOTB features, Salesforce Platform knowledge, Data Model hands-on with minimum 1 year experience

Desirable:

System Administrator Certificate required
Experienced in Apex Data Loader for rule-based data import/export.
Strong command of SOQL for reading and writing queries.
Action-oriented with solid inquisitive and critical thinking skills.
Experience with DemandTool or similar ETL tools is a plus.
Familiarity with JIRA is an added advantage.
