- Proven track record of thought leadership in applying data driven insights to have an impact on business performance.
- Lead a team of product specialists responsible for generating the strategy to help advertisers meet their business objectives. Set the goal, enable flawless execution and inspire each team member to perform while helping them identify opportunities to grow and stretch.
- Be a coach for the team and demonstrate both expansive and reductive thinking as needed. Provide mentorship, meaningful career evaluations and facilitate professional development plans. Invest in your own product and market expertise in the constantly changing Media landscape.
- Drive a dual focus on fostering a Customer-centric culture by pivoting all solutions around Customer/Marketing Objectives, and building Commercial capability within the team to help deliver business through either bespoke or scaled work.
