Job Description: Role : Lead ServiceNow Developer/Architect Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals and technical best practices. • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, and deployment. • Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. • Develop, customize, and extend ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations using best-in-class development standards. • Conduct system and architecture reviews to ensure the quality, scalability, and security of ServiceNow implementations. • Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integration points. • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support for ServiceNow environments. • Ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards in all ServiceNow solutions. Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, or a closely related technical field. • Proven expertise in designing and building large-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HR, Custom Apps, CMDB and Discovery). • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations. • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data structures, and security frameworks. • Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrated leadership in design and implementation workshops. • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, separations are a strong plus.
