Review opening balance sheet with Corporate Development and manage the recording of the acquisition in SAP across geographies.
Prepare purchase accounting files according to US GAAP principles
Assist with Accounting Treatment Memorandum preparation and approval process
Coordinate / assist with transition and integration of various transaction cycles to respective end-state teams.
Review monthly reporting to ensure integrity and consistent financial reporting
Work closely with Corporate Development, V&A Finance, Legal and Tax departments to analyse transactions and ensure proper recording
Preparation and review of different Global reports in relation to acquisitions
