Work would be 75% development and 25% Managing Team2. 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Development3. Good experience in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM and HRSD4. Handling Incident/request would be an added advantage5. Good communication6. Capability to manage team preferredSkills & Experience1. The role primarily focuses on development activities, accounting for approximately 75% of the responsibilities, with the remaining 25% dedicated to team management and leadership.2. Candidates should possess between 5 and 8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development, demonstrating a strong technical background and hands-on expertise.3. In-depth experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules are mandatory.4. Prior experience in handling incidents and service requests for ServiceNow related queries will be considered an additional advantage.5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.6. Proven ability to manage and lead a team is preferred, with experience in supervising or mentoring team members viewed favorably.
