This role involves extensive work with image processing andanalysis, leveraging our vast disease image database to enhance the accuracy andefficiency of disease diagnosis.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and optimization of Computer Vision algorithms and MLmodels for identifying and classifying crop diseases.Work with a rich dataset of images, enhancing and expanding our machinelearning capabilities.Implement advanced image processing techniques to accurately analyze cropimages uploaded by farmers.Continuously refine ML models to improve accuracy and adapt to new diseasepatterns, ensuring the application remains at the cutting edge of agritechsolutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML features into theapplication, maintaining a focus on user-centric design and global scalability.Contribute to the expansion of our disease image database and data library,ensuring comprehensive coverage of crop diseases.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Computer Vision,applying innovative techniques to advance our solution.Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or arelated field.6-8 years of experience in machine learning and computer vision, with a proventrack record in image processing and analysis.Proficient in programming languages relevant to AI/ML development (e.g.,Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).Experience with large-scale image datasets and familiarity with dataaugmentation techniques.Strong understanding of the latest ML modeling techniques and their practicalapplication.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to innovation in theagritech sector.Fluent in English, with multilingual capabilities being a significant plus.
