Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager QA & QC to oversee our quality assurance and quality control processes. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in a similar role. As the Manager QA & QC, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. Qualifications And Skills More than 10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry API Pharma/ Herbal Life, Extractions, Nutraceuticals. Strong knowledge of industry regulations, such as FDA, GMP, and ISO standards Experience in managing quality control laboratory operations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field Roles And Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards Manage and oversee the quality control laboratory, including equipment calibration and maintenance Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions Train and educate staff on quality control procedures and best practices Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure proactive compliance Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality control activities, including reports, procedures, and records Lead and mentor a team of quality control personnel
