Description :SUMMARYIntegrated Environment Team implements and operates sandboxes for multiple, large & complex range of products at RealPage. Team is growing with core capabilities of automation, orchestration, DevOps and Terraform.At RealPage, A product Manager (Integrated Environments) is responsible for the strategy, development, and success. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality output.
This position will report into the Sr. Manager / IT Director in India and functionally will work with a VP/Director in US.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and articulate the product vision and strategy based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the overall business strategy. Prioritize features and enhancements based on product needs and business priorities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Clearly articulate product requirements through user stories, specifications, and other documentation.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
Conduct regular sprint reviews, provide feedback, and address any challenges to keep the development on track.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, including communication plans, training, and support readiness.
Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on user feedback.
Gather and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate the success of the product against these metrics.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS

6-8 Years experience as product manager.
Knowledge on designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining infrastructure on a large scale.
A passion for Automation/DevOps and running highly resilient/automated systems.
Experience in On-prem to cloud Migration of products.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Linux and Windows environments.
Understanding of DevOps Process & Tools (Azure DevOps, GITHUB, Packer, Azure Cloud, Artifactory etc).
Understanding of automation tools (Terraform, Python, Powershell, Ansible, Linux / Windows desired state configuration).
Basic project management skills.
Ability to work overtime when necessary.
