Project Manager

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS project management
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Strong documentation, coordination, and reporting skills

• Manage all administrative functions related to assigned projects
• Maintain up-to-date project schedules, timelines, and trackers
• Sprint Management - Plan, track, and manage sprint cycle
• Collate and prepare project documentation and reports, including compliance and security certifications
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal stakeholders, vendors, and management
• Assist in monitoring project costs, budgets, and financial tracking
• Support allocation and utilization of project resources
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for timely delivery of required resources and services

• Identify potential project risks and dependencies
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery

• Review existing project processes and workflows
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to meet and exceed client expectations

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
