- Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing regular performance feedback and coaching.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve personal loan sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts and enhance overall customer experience.
- Stay updated with industry developments and best practices, attending relevant training and workshops as required.
- Prepare and present sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct regular team meetings, providing motivation, and addressing any concerns or challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
