Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support: Assist with phone screening of candidates, reviewing resumes, and drafting job descriptions. Coordinate recruitment activities and schedule interviews. Onboarding Assistance: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Collaborate with team members to improve the onboarding experience and promote employee engagement. Employee Relations: Provide support in addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and requests. Assist with maintaining employee records, updating databases, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Contribute to fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Good communication skills and fluency in English. Ability to conduct phone screenings and screen resumes effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. Experience or familiarity with drafting job descriptions is a plus. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Duration And Compensation This is a 3-month paid internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
