Job Summary:We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to build and manage a team of agents for the distribution of our products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a team of insurance agents or sales associates, ensuring performance targets are met through effective relationship management and sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and recruit suitable individuals to become agents; guide them through onboarding and initial training.- Conduct regular training sessions to develop agents' sales skills, product knowledge, and compliance awareness.- Monitor and track agents' performance, provide timely feedback and support to help them achieve sales targets.- Drive agency sales to meet or exceed company targets through strategic planning and effective execution.- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with agents, ensuring high levels of motivation and retention.- Gather market insights and competitor information to adjust sales strategies as needed.- Ensure agents comply with regulatory and internal company guidelines; maintain accurate reports and documentation.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agency channel of the insurance, financial services, or FMCG sector.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.- Knowledge of local market and customer behavior is a plus.For More Info : HR Niveda | PH - +91 70164 59919 (ref:updazz.com)
