The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience. This role is crucial for overseeing operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the operation theater at Spandana Hospital.Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in surgical instrument sterilization to ensure all instruments are properly cleaned and available for surgeries (Mandatory skill).
Expertise in operation theater workflow management to ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of surgical procedures (Mandatory skill).
Thorough knowledge of infection control procedures to maintain a sterile and safe environment within the operating room (Mandatory skill).
Strong understanding of health and safety compliance to protect staff and patients from risks associated with surgical procedures.
Experience in inventory management in OT to track and replenish necessary surgical supplies and equipment in a timely manner.
Ability to lead and manage an operation theater team to ensure adherence to protocols and optimal performance.
Skilled at coordination with surgical teams to streamline operations and communication before, during, and after surgeries.
Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety protocols to prevent clinical incidents and enhance overall patient care quality.
