• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive

• Idealise, initiate employee engagement activities.

• 5+ years of experience as a technical recruiter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
