Role: Maintenance LeadLocation: HosurKey Responsibilities:> Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance plans.> Ensure minimum machine downtime and maintain equipment availability above defined targets.> Monitor performance and reliability of all production and utility equipment.> Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors.> Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and ensure skill development and safety awareness.> Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to electrical, mechanical, and environmental safety.> Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and ensure zero LTI (Lost Time Incidents).> Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets and capital expenditures.> Optimize maintenance costs while improving equipment reliability and life cycle.Qualifications> Education - B.E./B.Tech (Full Time).> Experience - 20+ years in Auto industry.> Technical Expertise in I. Synthetic Furnace II. Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.> Lead and manage the maintenance team.
