• Plan and execute daily dispatch activities to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team for efficient loading and dispatch of goods.

• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders, adhering to established timelines.

• Monitor stock levels and communicate with the inventory/warehouse team.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, potentially using systems like FIFO (First-In, First-Out).

• Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documentation, such as invoices, challans, and e-way bills.

• Generate reports on dispatch activities, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.

• Coordinate with logistics partners and transporters for efficient delivery.

• Manage vehicle schedules and routes to optimize delivery times.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.

• Address and resolve any delivery-related issues or complaints.

• Adhere to safety and compliance guidelines during dispatch operations.

• Ensure the dispatch area is organized, clean, and meets safety standards.

• Communicate effectively with various teams, including sales, warehouse, and customer service.

• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth movement of goods.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., ERP, MS Office).
• Knowledge of dispatching procedures and documentation.
