  • Develop, maintain, and optimize PL/SQL code for efficient database operations.
  • Design and implement database solutions to support business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex database issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Optimize database performance through query optimization and indexing strategies.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
What will you need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in SQL and PL/SQL development.
  • Proficiency in Oracle database technologies.
  • Strong understanding of database design principles and normalization.
  • Work on security scans and pipelines for code deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
What would be great to have:
  • Powerbuilder Knowledge
  • Oracle certification (e.g., Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate).
  • Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of other programming languages such as Shell Scripting, Java, Python/Perl, or C/C++.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Expertise in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD (Github actions, Harness etc)
