Responsibilities:Business Development ExecutiveMerchant Acquisition : Onboard new OMC merchants' basis understanding of transaction volume and pattern in the assigned geography.Relationship Management & Servicing : Engage with identified merchants to strengthen relationship with these merchants and onboard them on more value added products and servicesAccount Management : The PAF's task is to develop a deep understanding and relationship with each account that any competitor finds it an uphill task to onboard the merchant accountCompetition Mapping : Study, map and report competition activity in assigned geography basis geographical or category based initiatives to enable faster response.Requirements :- 12th education qualification.- Good Communication and influencing skills- Should have a driving license and two wheeler- Minimum B to C field sales experience of 6 months with good performance (ref:updazz.com)
