Designation: Executive Associate
Working Section: MDI packingTo comply with all cGMP, GxP or any other regulatory requirements, including EH&S requirements. ·To complete training on relevant SOPs and develop an understanding of the activities to be conducted prior to undertaking the task. ·To report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvement to immediate Supervisor / Managers. ·To coordinate with cross functional teams for smooth execution of production plan at shop floor. ·To operate, clean and maintain Checkweigher, Spray test machine, Sticker labelling machine, Printing and scanning with tamper evident system, cartooning machine, canister and actuator assembling machine, Stretch Banding Machine, Carton Aggregation System Shipper sealing machine etc. · Shall be responsible to receive and verify consumables from engineering store. · Shall be responsible to prepare disinfectant as per respective SOP. ·Shall be responsible to clean, sanitize and maintain the MDI packing area as per respective SOPs. ·Shall be responsible to update status labels of equipment, instrument and Process & Non Process areas to comply with the requirements. ·Shall be responsible for receipt, verification, reconciliation of primary packing material and secondary packing material. ·Shall be responsible to follow Good Manufacturing and Good Documentation practices at all time. ·CompetenciesInnovation & CreativityResult OrientationCollaborationCustomer CentricityDeveloping TalentStakeholder ManagementStrategic AgilityProcess ExcellenceEducationWork Experience
