Create demand through building networks with local panchayats, rural municipal bodies, channel partners, etc. for a wider penetration for growth of affordable business
Planning the targets for login, sanction, disbursement, distribution & collections through the branch teams and ensuring the targets are met
Drive a knowledge culture by continuous training of the branch teams through learning hour's, Q& A sessions, etc. in order to resolve the issues and provide solutions
Managing relationship with crucial external partners with key NDMA partners, I Bank state heads and other external stakeholder which majorly impact business
Creating focused channel and product strategies catering to the customers within the geography
Ensuring loan sanction and disbursement is as per defined policies and procedures
Ensuring smooth customer onboarding process, optimum credit quality for the accounts and reduction in delinquencies for the zone
