So whatever your role, if you share our passion for helping others, you’ll be working towards creating a better and fairer future for all.About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Order & Sales Operations Specialist. This role plays a critical part in managing the end-to-end order lifecycle, supporting sales operations, and ensuring seamless customer experience through efficient order processing, coordination, and issue resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management & ExecutionManage end-to-end sales order lifecycle from order intake to delivery and sales recognitionCreate, validate, and process sales orders (manual and automated) across systemsReview orders for accuracy including pricing, product specifications, and commercial correctnessConfirm orders with customers and ensure timely fulfillmentCustomer & Sales SupportAct as a key interface between sales teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholdersHandle customer inquiries, order discrepancies, billing issues, and escalations in a timely mannerSupport quotation requests by coordinating with sales teams and initiating pricing approvalsOperational Excellence & Process ManagementMonitor order flow, especially non-touchless or exception cases, and resolve root causesDrive “first-time-right” order processing and improve order fulfillment efficiencyMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes and policiesLogistics & Fulfillment CoordinationCoordinate with logistics, 3PL partners, and internal teams for order fulfillment and shipmentManage special orders, returns, combined shipments, order diversions and exception scenarios (e.g., missing or damaged goods)Support import/export documentation and compliance requirementsBilling & Financial CoordinationFacilitate customer billing processes in coordination with finance teamsEnsure timely and accurate creation of customer-facing financial documentsSupport adherence to local fiscal and legal requirementsReporting & AnalyticsTrack and report key metrics such as order status, deliveries, inventory levels, and KPI ReportingGenerate reports and identify trends or areas for improvement post root cause analysisContribute to continuous improvement initiatives in sales and order management processesQualifications & ExperienceDegree in Business Administration or related field5+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or customer service rolesStrong understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) processes and logistics fundamentalsExperience with ERP systems such as SAP is mandatory; knowledge of SFDC is an advantageProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsCustomer-first mindset with high service orientationProblem-solving ability with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAnalytical mindset with focus on process improvementAbility to work independently as well as collaborativelyHow we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
