He should be from the 3PL logistics industry and should be able to Identify scopes for becoming the best Third-Party Service providers. Should be proficient in strategically managing the warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision. Should be able to maintain communication and relationships with potential customers and constant follow-up with regard to RFQ and other business opportunities. Should be able to Identify further business opportunities with the existing customers.Key Competencies:1. To enable the company to get new customers for the optimal utilization of the warehouse.
2. Conversion of the warehouse space into business for the company.
3. Generating Leads in various industry verticals and exploring possible business opportunities, especially in the Automobile industry & FMCG.
4. Make cold calls/ references/ and other forms of lead generation and identify business opportunities for the Company.
5. Update the sales leads in the Sales CRM for business continuity purposes.
6. Conversion of sales leads to Potential and finally to Customer.
7. Identification of supply chain needs of the customer and accordingly market company's core offerings that add value to their supply chain.
8. After signing the contract, maintain relations with the customers, and if any deficiency is found in implementation bring it to the notice of the Management / Operations Head for necessary closure of the issue.
