ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Promote and sell our products to farmers, distributors, and retailers.- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the district to expand market reach and increase sales volume- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agricultural cooperatives, dealers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.- Provide technical assistance, agronomic advice, and product training to customers to optimize product usage and enhance crop yields.- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.- Implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and farmer training programs to create product awareness, stimulate demand, and drive sales.- Participate in agricultural fairs, exhibitions, and community events to showcase company products and build brand visibility.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED- Graduate/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven track record of success in agricultural sales, with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.- Candidates from nearby localities will be preferred.PREFERRED SKILLS :- Deep understanding of the agricultural industry, including knowledge of crops and agricultural equipment.- Ability to generate revenue by identifying challenges and suggesting suitable products or services.- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.- Excellent written and verbal communication (Hindi and English Language)- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.- Good understanding of market research techniques- Excellent Computer skills and Smartphone user with technical knowledge- Creativity and commercial awareness- Passionate to work for agriculture and farmers. - Good hold in social networking through an online platform (ref:updazz.com)
