Job Responsibilities Act as a central point of contact for all CS/Sales Support Teams globally (Funds & Institutional & Liquidity) regarding intermediary and institutional legal agreements Act as interface between Sales Offices, Legal and the AML Team to ensure the best client experience during the on-boarding process and the client life cycle. Coordinate internal feedback and approval process e.g., Compliance, Legal, GFCC, GFCL and Tax Own Intelligent Contract Management (Legal Agreements Database) and managing a regular Legal Agreement Review cycle Develop expertise & training delivery on Intelligent Contract Management Manage stakeholder for initiatives concerning legal documentation, i.e., C-Doc project (harmonization of documentation and clauses) and the building of a Clause Library in partnership with EMEA Legal Act as a central point of contact for Ownership for and maintenance of legal/contractual templates Required qualifications, capabilities and skills A legal graduate or graduation in finance with considerable experience in review and abstraction of contracts with asset management or financial services organizations. In addition, the candidate should have the following experience: Excellent English communication and writing skills Experience in the financial services industry preferably with experience in review and processing legal agreements with counterparties in relevant systems Strong ability to analyze information and understanding of the main aspects of contract law and contract negotiation Ability to demonstrate ownership, work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Business knowledge of the investment funds industry Communication/presentation - excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders in a meaningful and actionable manner Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Strong educational credentials Legal background and exposure to banking domain / experience preferred
