ABOUT XENONSTACKXenonStack is the fastest-growing Data and AI Foundry for Agentic Systems, enabling enterprises to gain real-time and intelligent business insights.We deliver innovation through:Agentic Systems for AI Agents → akira.aiVision AI Platform → xenonstack.aiInference AI Infrastructure for Agentic Systems → nexastack.aiOur mission is to accelerate the world’s transition to AI + Human Intelligence by deploying enterprise-grade, trustworthy, and production-ready Agentic AI systems.THE OPPORTUNITYWe are looking for a Forward Deployed Solutions Engineer (FDSE) to work directly with enterprise customers, deploying and customizing XenonStack’s Agentic AI platforms for real-world impact.This is a hybrid role at the intersection of solutions engineering, consulting, and customer success — ensuring enterprises not only deploy agentic systems, but transform their business processes, decision-making, and workflowswith them.If you thrive on solving complex customer challenges, building trust with senior stakeholders, and ensuring AI agents deliver measurable value, this role is for you.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnterprise Deployment & IntegrationDeploy and configure Agentic AI, Vision AI, and Inference Infrastructure for enterprise clients.Integrate solutions with enterprise APIs, data systems, and third-party tools.Solution EngineeringTranslate client business requirements into technical architectures for agentic systems.Customize AI agents and multi-agent workflows to align with industry-specific compliance and workflows.Customer CollaborationPartner with CXOs, IT leaders, and domain experts to understand strategic challenges.Run discovery sessions, demos, and workshops to showcase solution value.Reliability & ObservabilityEnsure deployments are reliable, observable, and cost-optimized.Work with AgentOps and Observability Engineers to monitor performance, traceability, and governance.Feedback & Product AlignmentAct as the customer’s technical voice within XenonStack.Provide structured feedback to shape product features, roadmap, and UX improvements.Training & EnablementCreate technical documentation, runbooks, and playbooks for clients.Train customer teams on operating, monitoring, and scaling agentic systems.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSMust-Have3–6 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Forward-Deployed Engineering, or Enterprise SaaS delivery.Strong proficiency in Python, APIs, and cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).Hands-on with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.Proven ability to solve problems under pressure and adapt solutions to customer environments.Good-to-HaveExperience with AgentOps tools (LangSmith, Arize AI, PromptLayer, Weights & Biases).Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, and knowledge graph integration.Background in deploying solutions for regulated industries (BFSI, GRC, SOC, Healthcare).Understanding of Responsible AI practices (safety, fairness, compliance).WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN US?Agentic AI Product Company
