ESaaS - SFDC - Lightning UI & JavaScript Development

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Education Cloud implementations, including architecture, configuration, customization, and integration.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring best practices and platform scalability.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers and administrators.
• Integrate Salesforce Education Cloud with other systems (Student Information Systems, ERP, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Drive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with product owners and functional consultants to define project scope and delivery plans.
• Optimize performance and data models for Education Cloud objects (Affiliations, Program Enrollment, Course Connections, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and integration standards.

• 5-8 years of Salesforce experience with at least 2+ years in Education Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL/SOSL).
• Experience with Education Data Architecture (EDA).
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering Salesforce solutions.
• Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
• Salesforce certifications such as Education Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II, Application/System Architect preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Exposure to Marketing Cloud for student engagement journeys.
• Knowledge of Higher Education CRM processes (admissions, enrollment, alumni, student success).
• Agile/Scrum project experience
