The Compliance and GTM teamwork with global teams to ensure that our business operates within the boundaries of applicable laws, regulations, and international trade requirements for maintaining ethical conduct, safeguarding our reputation, fostering trust among stakeholders, and promoting a culture of integrity. This role would be responsible to manage the following Workstreams working closing with global leader on; SCM Risk & Performance: Supply chain Risk Management, Supplier performance management, Supplier tooling management, Supplier awards, Compliance: Uyghur Forced Labour prevention act. Supply chain due diligence, manage supplier master data, run required due diligence processes to meet supply chain regulatory requirements, Global Trade Management: EXIM Audit Support, HS Classification, RPS - Screening and Documentation, Compliance: US Export Control Regulations Lean Continuous Improvement: leading Kaizen and CI initiatives to improve significant productivity within the CoE. Digital adoption: Closing working with Digital SCM team to automate/digitize manual processes. Key Responsibilities Strategic Execution: The Leader will participate in the development of strategies and solutions to ensure Global supply chain compliance to supply chain and GTM global trade regulatory requirements and is also responsible to implement and run these processes Lean Mindset and Continuous Improvement: In addition, the leader will also drive Continuous improvement initiatives at the CoE level in Pune and extend to other CoE locations. Train and certify Leaders/practitioners on Lean. Develops the organization to make creativity and innovation a process rather than an occurrence, to address efficiency and process cycles. The Leader should be skilled at problem-solving and ability to identify and address issues that may arise during the execution phase. Should be conversant with Eaton EBS practices and lean methodology. Drive and leverage various systems and tools to automate processes and drive process improvements. Encourage use of quality tools like BPI, ELSS. Change Management: The Leader should have experience with change management, defining actions to ow end -end or moving away from transactional to strategic partnership in the key workstreams Will be responsible for leading the adoption of a Digital tools and automation to optimize the workflow Process Standardization: Regular review of existing controls and Governance of the standard processes and ensuring alignment to global defined processes. Leadership: The leader will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills to manage global priorities and Project Management Expertise: The leader should have a proven track record of successful project management and be familiar with all aspects of the project life cycle, including planning, execution, and delivery. The Leader should be able to identify potential risks associated with execution. identify and manage risk in his/her business activities and take responsibility for reporting risks in a timely, open, and appropriate manner. Communication Skills: The Leader should have excellent communication skills, will be responsible for communicating the workstream goals/priorities and outcomes at all levels of the organization. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Supply chain or Engineering or Science prefered 9+ years Manager of People Understading of Tooling management, Operations Risk, Supplier performance management, Project management Analytical and process based Excellent written/oral communication skills, Project Management, Customer Relationship, Proactive work style , Strong leadership skills, Strong people management skills Understanding of supply chain sustainability, supply chain regulatory.
