- Knowledge of Chemical synthesis with Non-Inferior route.
- Must have performed synthetic chemistry reaction and reaction work up
- knowledge of purification of organic compounds
- Transfer of technology process from R&D lab to kilo lab pilot scale
- Required knowledge of characterization of product through GC,IR and other
- Familiar in using modern synthetic organic methodology, and high vacuum distillation to purify the desired product
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Good in communication.
