- Manage multiple IT/software projects end-to-end
- Handle client communication, calls, and regular updates
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure alignment of project delivery with payments and invoicing
- Coordinate with development, UI/UX, and QA teams
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues
- Experience in Project Management / Delivery Management
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities
- Basic understanding of software development (Web/App/AI projects)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
