Shift: Split noon shiftMandatory Skills:
SailPoint, IGA, SailPoint Identity IQ, Saviynt, SailPoint UI, Bean Shell, REST APIs, SAML, OAuth, PowerShell, or JavaScript.ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain existing IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint) including system health, performance tuning, and issue resolutionTroubleshoot complex production issues related to user lifecycle, provisioning, role management, and access reviewsPerform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions for recurring incidentsPartner with development, security, and operations teams to support secure, compliant identity servicesMonitor and report on IGA service metrics to ensure SLAs and business expectations are metManage routine tasks such as role reviews, access certifications, rule updates, and policy enforcementDocument processes, workflows, technical configurations, and known issuesProvide support for application onboarding and ensure adherence to existing standards and governance frameworksParticipate in audits, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement effortsQualificationsBasic RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) within a large enterpriseWorking knowledge of IGA platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra IDExperience supporting identity lifecycle automation, user provisioning, and access review processesFamiliarity with integration standards (e.g., REST APIs, SAML, OAuth) and identity-related protocolsExperience with troubleshooting Java-based connectors and scripting in BeanShell, PowerShell, or JavaScriptStrong understanding of RBAC, policy enforcement, and audit/reporting mechanismsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced production environmentExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsStrong documentation and process orientationDesired CharacteristicsExperience maintaining large-scale SailPoint environmentsExperience supporting Zero Trust or least-privilege initiativesExperience participating in security audits or regulatory assessmentsWe believe that benefits should connect you to the support you need when it matters most, and should help you care for those who matter most.
