Job Title: Sr. Graphic Designer ( Manage a team and work on design for Ads , UX/UI & Packaging for brands ) Location: On-site, Hyderabad Job Description: As our Visual Communicator, you will be responsible for effective communication and project coordination with the different teams. You will also have to collaborate with the design team to execute content, campaigns, and branding activities. Additionally, you are required to analyze social media performance data, identify top opportunities, and align efforts across product, content, and marketing. Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of design experience and proven ability to manage a team. Strong understanding of trends, keenly observing data, and building brands that visually communicate are crucial skills you should have. Complete knowledge of Figma, Full Adobe Suite, Blender and Production Briefing and verification is a must. Understanding of frontend, Shopify, CSS and HTML is necessary. Full understanding of Conversation Rate Optimisation is a must. The ability to make excellent visually communicating designs for UX/UI, graphics ( ads, social media), products, and print is crucial. Ability to lead a team, and set systems and processes is a must. Proven ability to design and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is necessary. Previous demonstrations of quick-learning aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset, startup experience, and willingness to take initiative are greatly appreciated. Experience in marketing and strategy development. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to design and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is crucial Previous demonstrations of quick-learning aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills. Proficient in using analytics tools to drive business insights. Familiarity with AGILE Framework & AIDA Framework. Experience in effective delegation and time management is helpful. Other marketing skill sets are appreciated. Roles and responsibilities: Design Brands , Brand systems , Ads & Other Design Related Creatives on a day to day basis and optimise them to meet the companies goals. Be instrumental in executing and planning all the marketing activity of the company , along with the rest of your team. Constantly monitor the user experience that goes beyond websites and optimise the same to meet the company's goals. Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, for both digital and physical products. Design and coordinate advertisement campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across various channels with the Founder's Office Manager. Lead and manage the Visual Communications Team, including setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, and creating a positive collaborative work culture. Allocate design resources effectively, managing workloads and deadlines. Monitor tasks delegated to you to ensure task completion within agreed deadlines, and maintain at least 75% of the KPI to justify your fixed pay. Establishing KPIs and KRAs to ensure that all team members are consistently meeting their deliverables thereby aligning with the company's vision, mission, goals and targets. Drive the UI/UX design strategy to enhance user satisfaction and usability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions. Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide for the brand. Create visually stunning and intuitive designs for various platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience. Work closely with the CEO to align product design with the overall brand and promotional strategies in all channels. Collaborate with developers associates and manage them to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of design concepts. Assume complete ownership and responsibility for overseeing all marketing related matters both individually and as a team. Develop effective go-to marketing strategies, create product positioning and messaging and drive awareness and adoption through various marketing channels with the rest of the Marketing Team. Make informed decisions considering the company's vision, values, and objectives pertaining to your department, and create reports for the same. Oversee and manage the team, delegating tasks, providing feedback, and fostering a positive work environment. Communicate using current, appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistent and articulate messaging.
