Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Ownership and Guidance:- Overall ownership of the EPS processes for officers across AFS.- Provide managerial guidance and support to the team for smooth functioning of the Social Security Cell.2. Process Strengthening:- Develop and implement suitable process measures to strengthen the EPS claim process.3. Stakeholder Coordination:- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders, including external agencies (Employees, Ex-Employees, PF Trust, HR/ER, Consultants, etc.).- Liaise with government authorities (EPFO/RPFC) to resolve grievances and settle EPS claims.4. Database Management and Documentation:- Manage database and ensure query resolution.- Maintain required documentation.5. Employee Guidance:- Guide employees on various issues related to EPS benefits.- Assist in developing an appropriate Plan of Action to avail EPS benefits.6. Legislative Knowledge:- Possess thorough knowledge of the EPF Act - 1952, EPFO portal functionality, amendments, and POHW regulations.7. Proactive Issue Identification:- Implement proactive measures to identify issues early and develop resolution plans for upcoming retirees, including complex cases like Employer Closed and IW cases.8. Escalation Management:- Support in resolving escalations, notices, inspections, and queries.- Respond to urgent requirements from EPFO, if any.9. Resource Optimization:- Effectively utilize internal resources and consultants to address routine and critical cases.10.
